About
Ms. Justina Addai is a Principal Research Assistant at the Legon Centre for Education Research and Policy, College of Education, University of Ghana. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Resource Development with French and an MPhil in Geography and Resource Development. As a researcher, she is interested in social equity, education, health, gender studies, and community resilience, especially among the marginalized, with much focus on enhancing sustainability across all spheres. She has worked on projects such as Advancing Partnership for Improved Learning (APIL) Activity for Low-Cost Private Schools in Ghana- Impact Evaluation, Differentiated Learning in Ghanaian Basic Schools, Ghana Technical Universities Tracer Study, Exploring Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices related to COVID-19 Vaccine Decision-Making among Pregnant People in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana and Mitigating Sexual Harassment in Colleges of Education in Ghana. Other projects include the Ghana Technical Universities Tracer Study, COVID 19 and Pregnancy Outcomes Project, as well as the Assessment of Bursary Support for 1,000 Sponsored Girls in Ghana. Additionally, she presented a paper at the Biennial International Education Conference organized by the School of Education and Leadership in April, 2024.
