The Legon Centre for Education Research and Policy (LECERP) commends Ms. Audrey Kennedy Djarbeng, Administrative Secretary of the Centre, on the successful completion of her Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Management and Human Resource Strategy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
Audrey’s achievement reflects her dedication to continuous learning and professional development. Her academic journey has been guided by a strong interest in organisational growth, leadership, and effective management practices.
Prior to pursuing her Mphil degree, Audrey obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Adult Education and Psychology from the University of Ghana, which provided a solid foundation for her career in management, communication, community development and human resource development. Her postgraduate training has further strengthened her expertise in areas such as human resource strategy, organisational leadership, and management practice.
At LECERP, Audrey plays a key role in coordinating research and administrative activities, while also supporting the planning and implementation of programmes and events that advance the Centre’s research, advocacy, and policy engagement agenda. She is also actively involved in the Centre’s communication activities, contributing to its visibility and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, she has contributed to initiatives aimed at strengthening organisational strategy and enhancing capacity development.
