About

Dr. Clement Adamba is the Director of the Legon Centre for Education Research and Policy and a Senior Research Fellow at the School of Education and Leadership, University of Ghana. He holds a Ph.D. and MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Education in Social Studies and Economics from the University of Education, Winneba. He is a committed teacher and researcher with extensive experience in early childhood, primary, and secondary education, teacher training, and resilience studies. He demonstrates a sustained commitment to advancing educational research, evidenced by an extensive research portfolio that includes grant-funded projects, consultancies, numerous publications, and conference presentations.

He is skilled in writing for both scientific and development audiences, with numerous research reports and peer-reviewed articles published for a broad readership, effectively communicating complex findings to support evidence-based policy and practice. He possesses strong financial management skills to ensure effective budgeting, tracking, and reporting for all project expenditures, with a commitment to transparency and responsibility in the management of research funds, consistently delivering accurate financial reports that align with grant and institutional standard.
