The Legon Centre for Education Research and Policy (LECERP), in collaboration with the Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications (GIFEC), is conducting a Comprehensive Impact Assessment of GIFEC’s Projects and Programmes. This initiative is funded by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). It spans from July 2025 to December, 2025.

The initiative aims to:

• Evaluate the effectiveness, inclusivity, and sustainability of GIFEC’s interventions in bridging Ghana’s digital divide.

• Explore how GIFEC initiatives have enhanced access to digital tools for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), with an emphasis on female-led businesses in rural areas
